This infographic reflects what we heard directly from school and community leaders across Michigan. Through listening sessions and statewide engagement, a clear and consistent message emerged: improving children's health requires coordinated policy and systems change—not isolated programs. The findings identify four convergent pathways that work together to create lasting impact. Together, these strategies provide a roadmap for ensuring every Michigan student has the opportunity to move, learn, and thrive.
